role within its dynamic Dealer Services Marketing team. This position offers an engaging opportunity to support dealer growth and profitability through creative marketing initiatives.

Position Summary As a Dealer Services Marketing Specialist, you will assist the Dealer Services Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and programs that enhance dealer network growth and profitability.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to develop and implement dealer marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and co‑op marketing initiatives to drive dealer sales.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, to increase dealer engagement.

Provide dealers with marketing resources, tools, and guidance to help them effectively promote products and services.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and sales, marketing, and operations.

Conduct post‑event analysis and present recommendations to inform future strategy.

Conduct market research to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Proven track record of participating in successful marketing campaigns that lead to sales growth.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem‑solve, take initiative, and think creatively.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Proficiency in using project management software and platforms.

Intermediate understanding of CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the marine, dealer support, or similar industry role.
