Marketing Sales Professionals
in the Myrtle Beach area. This role involves engaging prospective and existing Club Members, sharing the benefits of the Hilton Grand Vacations experience, and driving sales growth in a dynamic, coastal community.
Overview As a member of our high‑performance Sales Team, you will represent HGV’s cultural values, build relationships with guests, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Responsibilities
Respond to guests promptly and professionally, reflecting HGV’s cultural values.
Maintain a positive demeanor with all guests and team members.
Develop professional relationships with hotel staff and adhere to protocol standards.
Distribute approved promotional materials and incentives to qualified guests.
Complete paperwork accurately and record dispositions in CRM tools (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce).
Confirm appointments and ensure tour shows are scheduled for presentation.
Review production reports and notify management of challenges.
Follow gifting procedures to meet monthly cost requirements.
Maintain the established minimum performance standard on a monthly basis.
Provide fulfillment department with accurate guest data for pre‑gift services.
Qualifications
1–2 years of face‑to‑face sales or F&B experience with a proven track record.
Computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple customer‑service software applications.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and open to feedback.
Deep understanding of the local area.
Ability to accept rejection and remain resilient.
Excellent interpersonal and guest‑relations skills.
