Pre Arrival In House Marketing Representative – Liberty Place
Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Pre Arrival In House Marketing Representative. Promote HGV and book qualified sales presentations for prospective owners, club members, and other qualified customers. Provide customer and concierge services and project a professional company image.
Team Member Key Responsibilities
Respond to guests in a timely manner and represent HGV’s cultural values.
Maintain a positive demeanor with everyone at all times; professional relationships with hotel staff and adherence to protocol standards set by HGV management.
Carry out reasonable requests by management that the team member is capable of performing.
Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by marketing managers.
Complete required paperwork accurately and enter disposition into CRM tools (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour shows for presentation.
Review production reports and notify manager of any challenges.
Follow gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
Maintain established Minimum Performance Standards on a monthly basis.
Provide information to the Fulfillment Department to enable pre‑gifting services prior to tours.
Role Key Requirements
Minimum of 1–2 years of phone or face‑to‑face marketing/sales experience in the vacation ownership industry with a track record of success.
Excellent interpersonal and guest relation skills.
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn and efficiently operate multiple customer service software applications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Self‑motivated and a self‑starter.
Detailed understanding of the local area.
Ability to accept rejection proactively.
Coachable, quick learner, and open to feedback.
