Event Producer

12+ month contract

Location: Remote, must be located in EST

Pay: $65/hr. - $70/hr. W2

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to provide high-level project oversight and ensure the successful execution of events from kickoff to completion. This role requires strong coordination skills, project management expertise, and the ability to manage talent, agencies, and cross-functional communication effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kickoff meetings to align project goals and team roles
• Provide high-level oversight ensuring the right personnel are engaged to meet project requirements
• Maintain a detailed project tracker outlining event plans, services, deliverables, timelines, and fees
• Develop and deliver a full plan for each event, including budget management as needed
• Handle pre-event preparation to ensure smooth execution
• Manage live event production, including travel as necessary
• Act as the primary operational partner for talent-related production tasks such as budget management, communication, and contract management
• Track talent project status including outreach and considerations
• Manage agency relationships, including SOWs, deliverables, budget allocation, and talent contracting
• Attend internal and external event meetings to stay aligned with stakeholders
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Perform any additional tasks required for the successful execution and smooth running of events

Required Skills

• 5-10 years’ experience as an Event Producer
• Brand or Reputation Marketing experience
• Experience working in large technology companies
• Experience managing highly produced and Videoed Events
• Experience running very specifically targeted event Audiences
• Ability to travel for Events on a regular basis
