Seeking a
Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator
(email, push, & in-app)
to plan and execute retention campaigns across sports and gaming channels. Role partners with CRM, analytics, creative, product, brand, and partnerships to
deliver targeted offers, loyalty initiatives, and event activations that drive repeat engagement and LTV
while meeting regulatory and responsible gaming standards. Hybrid schedule in Atlanta office Tue/Wed/Thu (Mon/Fri remote). Contract through EOY with likely extension or conversion. Type: Contract, Hybrid

Pay: $24 - $27/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred 1+ years in promotions, retention/CRM, or marketing coordination within sports, gaming, or entertainment Working knowledge of retention principles, customer lifecycles, incentives, and loyalty mechanics Proficiency with CRM or campaign tools, specifically Braze; MS Office proficiency Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau; A/B testing exposure QA experience for email, push, and in-app; light HTML a plus Strong organization, project management, communication, and attention to detail in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment Knowledge of promotional compliance and responsible gaming practices preferred Ability to align work with live sports calendars and major gaming events; Atlanta onsite Tue/Wed/Thu required Duties
Plan, coordinate, and execute retention-focused promotions and offers across digital and in-person channels Segment audiences with CRM and analytics partners; deliver targeted campaigns to drive engagement and lifetime value Collaborate with creative, product, brand, and partnerships to develop assets, messaging, and player communications Manage calendars, timelines, approvals, and QA for ongoing promotions and loyalty initiatives Orchestrate cross-channel execution including in-app, email, SMS, push, and social; ensure consistency with brand guidelines Track performance and produce post-campaign reporting; recommend optimizations using GA/Tableau and A/B tests Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver event activations tied to key sports or gaming milestones Ensure promotions meet regulatory requirements, responsible gaming standards, and internal compliance policies Work alongside the current Promotions Coordinator and provide support as needed
