Director of Sales and Marketing Hotel Hilton Head - Savannah GA

Responsibilities
Oversee 2 Sales Managers, 2 Catering Managers, Event Services Manager, Group Service Manager, Group Coordinator and a Marketing Manager.
Set and monitor Sales Manager's goals to achieve revenue objectives.
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and maximize profitability.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to drive performance and exceed goals.
Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies.
Monitor the Comp Set.
Strong leadership skills to address important priorities and act as a catalyst for change.
Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Oversee the Marketing Manager to develop marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
2 years of experience as a DOSM or Director of Group or Leisure Sales.
4 years of hotel or resort experience.
Brand knowledge of any Marriott product is beneficial. Or Hilton or Hyatt.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Knowledge of social media marketing.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary of $145-160k DOE.
Incentive Plan.
Full relocation offered.
