Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown is a premier hospitality destination known for exceptional guest experiences and outstanding service. We are hiring a motivated and strategic Sales Director to lead sales and drive revenue growth.
Position Summary:
The Hotel Sales Director is responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities to maximize occupancy, group sales, and attract fresh clientele. This role requires a forward-thinking sales leader with a passion for building lasting client relationships and a history of success in sales growth.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify, attract, build and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Prior hotel sales experience preferred but not required with a proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven success in driving group, corporate, and leisure sales.
Knowledge of sales systems.
What We Offer:
$70,000-$90,000 (BOE)
