Associate Technical Designer (Part‑time)
The Associate Technical Designer will assist the Head Technical Designer in developing and executing technical packages, supporting fittings, and maintaining the integrity of garment construction and fit. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who is eager to learn and contribute to all aspects of the technical design process. The role is part‑time with potential to expand to full‑time.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Technical Designer in creating and updating detailed tech packs (specs, construction details, and graded measurements).
Prepare samples and record accurate fit comments during fittings.
Communicate fit and construction notes to factories under the guidance of the Head Technical Designer.
Spec prototypes and production samples for fit, quality, and accuracy.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (design and product development) to ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct basic research on fabrics, trims, and finishes as needed.
Ensure consistency of brand fit and construction standards across styles.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field.
1‑3 years of experience in technical design, preferably in RTW apparel.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and pattern basics.
Proficiency in Illustrator and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow‑through.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced, creative setting.
