Reports to: Brand Director
The GTM Marketing Manager will bring Fyxer AI’s Sales-led Marketing strategy to life, shaping how we show up to businesses, crafting our enterprise proposition, enabling sales with tailored assets, and delivering initiatives that warm future customers.
They'll connect marketing, sales, and customer success; turning insights about Phil (our enterprise buyer ICP) into campaigns and activations that generate demand, empower the sales team, and deepen customer relationships.
This is a global hands-on role focused on execution across sales enablement, campaign delivery, and account activation.
What you’ll do
Machine Builder: As first GTM Marketing hire, this person will shape our strategy and build the machine to deliver best-in-world B2B marketing
Run GTM campaigns: Plan and deliver multi channel campaigns that our warm buyer ICP to support pipeline growth across SMB and Enterprise.
Sales enablement: Create and maintain high quality pitch materials, one pagers, decks, and content that help sales teams convert opportunities effectively.
Account activation: Develop and execute campaigns that drive adoption and advocacy within new and existing customer accounts; internal comms, digital comms, and physical events.
Digital ecosystem: Fuel digital touchpoints (landing pages and mid-funnel content hubs like case studies) to drive enterprise lead generation
Value storytelling: Build case studies, testimonials, and success stories that demonstrate value and feed back into acquisition campaigns.
Enterprise brand guardian: Evolve how the Fyxer AI brand flexes for business audiences; ensuring coherence with our consumer identity while meeting enterprise expectations.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and the Creative Studio to deliver cohesive, commercially effective GTM execution.
Measure and learn: Track the impact of GTM campaigns, enablement materials, and account activations; share insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Ideal Candidate:
+5 years experience in B2B or GTM marketing, ideally in a tech environment.
An innovative thinker who understands the core drivers of delivering a best-in-world GTM marketing machine, and is uninhibited in designing the method to get there
Proven ability to plan and deliver GTM campaigns that generate leads and influence pipeline - across digital & physical activation. Including Linkedin media buying.
Experience creating sales enablement and activation materials (decks, landing pages, case studies, toolkits).
Thrives working across multiple audiences and adapting messaging for different buyer stages.
Commercially minded; able to connect marketing activity directly to sales outcomes.
Strong project management skills; able to move quickly and independently while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent written and visual communication skills; capable of crafting concise, persuasive materials for business audiences.
Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative; thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
Hands on with analytical marketing tools and confident using AI to accelerate research, content creation, and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to support the needs of sales and customer success teams with focus and enthusiasm.
