About The Role

The sales enablement associate provides Uber’s advertising sales team with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive client growth and revenue attainment.

Partnering with the advertising sales and commercial operations teams, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data‑driven learning initiatives. This role is responsible for the success of sales learning and sales enablement initiatives throughout the United States and Canada. You can expect to spend your time designing and delivering content (50%), facilitating training sessions (25%), and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure a high level of business impact (25%). Joining a startup team, you will be a founding member responsible for launching and iterating learning programs and strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze training needs across Uber’s advertising sales team
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training content
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations leads to develop, execute, optimize and assess learning and development program
  • Prioritize sales learning and development initiatives based on the input of sales stakeholders
  • Communicate L&D strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sellers, marketers, and ops team members
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding, product training, and career skills programs for sellers
  • Solicit and analyze feedback to continuously iterate on the learning and development strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Maintain sales learning and development software and systems
  • Manage learning and development initiatives with external employees and agencies providing operations support for Uber’s advertising business

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a high‑performance organization in sales, sales ops, enablement, learning and development, or education
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven record of driving business performance and revenue attainment through learning and development programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of the environment of a customer‑facing organization, including sales content, tools and training
  • Subject matter expertise in digital marketing and online advertising
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive for clarity of direction
  • Experience developing courses or trainings on technical systems and tools
  • Experience with learning management systems, e‑Learning authoring tools, and Salesforce
  • Passionate about building foundations and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Flexible, resilient, problem solver who is passionate about forging new paths within partnership teams.
  • Be able to work cross functionally with many other roles and partners in the company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners
  • Deep understanding of and passion for creativity, technology, and advertising

For New York, NY‑based roles

The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year – USD$123,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
