We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Content Manager to oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of content across our internal platforms. This role bridges process management, content quality assurance, and technical writing to ensure our content ecosystem is accurate, consistent, and user-friendly.

The ideal candidate thrives on structure, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a keen eye for both detail and design. You’ll play a key role in maintaining content standards, guiding contributors, and continuously improving how information is shared across our organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or technical writing.
  • Proficiency with Confluence, Atlassian, or similar content and project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

MUST-HAVES

  • Experience with Confluence/Atlassian
  • Tech background, strong familiarity with technical terminology
  • Process/Coaching Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Jira tickets and ensure submitted content meets standards.
  • Respond to Hub user support requests.
  • Respond to Hub access and export requests.
  • Make content updates to admin-only and shared pages.
  • Conduct regular content audits for expired or mislabeled pages.
  • Maintain regular connection with Content Area Owners for roadmap, large changes or additions, features, and reviews (in partnership with PM).
  • Publish announcements of featured content and AI Newsletter.
  • Partner with Designer on the Contributor Guide.
  • Create Tools, Tips, & Tricks for Confluence to help users get the most out of our content management tool.
  • Develop a Content Checklist outlining criteria for good, digestible, accurate, and engaging content.
  • Produce Templates for various content types (use cases, product pages, team pages, authoritative content, guides).
  • Write Style Guides detailing general style guidance, colors, formatting, font sizes, and visual hierarchy.
  • Help manage the content review process.
  • Author or edit admin pages.
  • Provide guidance and suggestions for team-submitted pages.
  • Offer technical writing best practices for contributors (e.g., create a Custom Studio to assist users with best practices).
