Overview

TrustedTech is a leading Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider and Value‑Added Reseller serving IT decision‑makers globally. We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Content Manager to own the development, execution, and optimization of our content strategy across key digital channels. This role is ideal for a seasoned content professional with 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The Senior Content Manager will oversee the of high‑quality, engaging content that drives awareness, lead generation, and customer enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with business and brand goals across blog, web, email, paid media, and social channels.
  • Create and edit compelling copy that supports demand generation and sales enablement programs.
  • Oversee editorial calendars, campaign messaging, and creative production workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—Product Marketing, Sales, and Design—to ensure consistent storytelling and message alignment.
  • Manage external writers, agencies, and freelancers to scale content production as needed.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and implement optimizations to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Stay informed on Microsoft ecosystem trends, competitive activity, and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Contribute to public‑relations and thought‑leadership initiatives in partnership with marketing leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in content creation, strategy, and digital marketing—ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and SEO best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Exposure to the Microsoft Cloud or IT solutions ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting PR or media‑relations activities.
  • Comfort with CRM‑integrated content workflows (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and content personalization.
  • Agency or hybrid background (client + agency experience).
