Position Overview

Senior Creative Recruiter – responsible for full‑cycle high‑volume recruiting, matching creative talent to client needs, and maintaining candidate relationships. The ideal candidate is dynamic, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for high‑volume creative roles (copywriters, designers, project managers, marketing coordinators, web developers, etc.) using sourcing, screening, behavioral interviews, and reference checks.
• Source talent via job postings, job boards, networking events, social media, and referral programs.
• Match candidates to client open positions and negotiate salary rates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief post‑interview.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and summaries.
• Prioritize workload across salaried positions and freelance assignments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Required Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a Creative Recruiter or Account Manager at a creative agency.
• Deep understanding of creative roles (copywriters, designers, etc.).
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude with a creative problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer‑service orientation.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
