Walmart Logistics Manager – Greencastle, IN

Compensation

• $65,500.00/yr – $98,000.00/yr
• Performance bonuses and regional pay zone adjustments

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling for area of responsibility.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to monitor productivity.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching.
• Implement the business plan and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, culture, and belonging.
• Act with integrity, promote ethical standards, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals.
• Drive continuous improvements, adopt new technologies, and support change.

Qualifications – Minimum

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience supervising associates
• Walmart Logistics Manager
• Bachelor’s in Business and Logistics
