Job Overview Walmart Logistics Manager – Greencastle, IN Compensation $65,500.00/yr – $98,000.00/yr Performance bonuses and regional pay zone adjustments Responsibilities Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling for area of responsibility. Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to monitor productivity. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained. Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching. Implement the business plan and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals. Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, culture, and belonging. Act with integrity, promote ethical standards, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals. Drive continuous improvements, adopt new technologies, and support change. Qualifications – Minimum Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
