Position Objective
Experienced direct Sales Representative with 10+ years of Industrial Stretch Film sales knowledge. Will be responsible for developing territory by adding additional distribution and supporting national customers.
Qualifications
- Must have 8+ years of strong stretch film product knowledge, competitive film knowledge and knowledge on how to conduct film audits.
- Must have working knowledge of stretch wrappers and how to maximize film's performance on wrappers and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Four‑year college graduate preferred.
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate willingness to accommodate non‑standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job‑related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Call on existing Packaging Distributors to maintain and to target and develop new business.
- Call on new Packaging Distributors and add new distribution to achieve target goals.
- Call on VPs, Sales Managers, Owners, and Sales Representatives to present product offering, target end users, conduct sales meetings, conduct product training and perform film audits vs. competitive products.
- Have thorough knowledge of stretch film, competitors, stretch wrappers and how to conduct film audits.
- Have excellent communication skills, excellent follow‑up, and strong computer skills working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Be comfortable making product presentations.
- Perform other tasks and assignments assigned by supervisor.
