Overview

Hired to support the Brand & Creative team during a maternity leave coverage period, with a focus on high-impact design projects including a major tradeshow. Responsible for the end-to-end design and production of multimedia assets across digital, print, video, and environmental formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Designed and executed digital assets for web, animation, and video content.
• Produced print collateral including brochures, manuals, flyers, datasheets, and large-format event graphics.
• Supported brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Assisted in photography and video shoots, including post-production editing.
• Created and edited PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintained organized file structures and ensured proper archiving of creative assets.

Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Video Editing: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Apple Software (Keynote, Pages)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe XD, Figma (preferred)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in multimedia and graphic design
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.57/hr.
