The Purpose

Were looking for aSenior Graphic Designerwith a passion for creating immersive experience-driven graphic design solutions that bring brands to life in the physical world. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background inbrand developmentmarketing communications andenvironmental design who thrives in fast-paced collaborative environments.

Youll be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives that engage audiences throughspatial storytellingevent brandingsignage andexperiential activations. Were seeking a designer who is bothstrategic and conceptual able to think holistically about how design influences perception and interaction across touchpoints.

The Job

  • Lead graphic design efforts for automotive & sport brands creatingenvironmental graphicsandvisual storytellingfor branded spaces such as auto shows motorsport events retail environments live events and immersive brand activations.
  • Develop and maintainbrand identity systemsand graphic standards for projects in partnership with strategists 3D designers illustrators and fellow graphic designers to ensure consistency across all physical and experiential touchpoints.
  • Collaborate onconsumer-facing activationsfrom concept through execution helping shape engaging and memorable brand experiences.
  • Support Creative Directors in managingworkflow timelines and deliverables ensuring projects stay on track and meet creative objectives.
  • Work closely with Graphic Account Managers to build and maintainproject schedules aligning design milestones with production and installation timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Designvisual presentations and pitch decksthat clearly communicate creative strategy design concepts and execution plans to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Create and maintaingraphic layout systems and workbooksthat support production fabrication and installation processes.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with thecreative briefand effectively communicates the brands narrative and experiential goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding 3D Account Production & Events Teams to developcohesive branded environments.
  • Provide print-ready layouts production files and specifications for fabrication and environmental execution.

The Person

  • Expertise in translating brand strategy intotangible real-world experiences.
  • Strong understanding ofgraphic design principlesapplied toenvironmental graphicswayfinding andexperiential marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines3D Production Account and the Events Team to ensure cohesive execution.
  • A storyteller at heart with the ability to distill complex ideas intovisually impactful narratives.
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Designor equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7 years of experiencein a creative studio or agency setting with a focus on experiential environmental or brand design
  • Deep understanding ofprint production materials fabrication techniques and large-format graphics forthree-dimensional environments
  • Exceptionalvisual design skillswith a versatile portfolio spanning styles media and physical applications
  • Mastery ofAdobe Creative Suiteespecially Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong grasp ofphotographyimage editing andvisual storytellingtechniques
  • Familiarity withautomotive brandsand their unique design language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skillsverbal written and visualacross in-person virtual and remote collaboration formats
  • Highly organized with the ability toprioritizemulti-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively inremote and in-person team settings
  • Stronganalytical and creative problem-solvingabilities
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high design standards
  • Skilled inillustrationcompositiontypography andinformation design
  • Solid understanding ofcolor theorycolor systems and their application in branding and environmental graphics
  • Ability to visualize and communicate ideas in both 2D and 3D contexts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Keen eye fortypographic layoutand spatial design
  • Excellenttime managementand attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
  • Passion forcreative exploration growth and continuous learning
  • Proficient inMicrosoft OfficeCanva and Miro
  • General understanding ofmarketingbusiness andcustomer experienceprinciples
  • Comfortable working in aMac-based environment
  • Familiarity withAdobe XDFigmaAfter Effects andPremiereis appreciated but not required
