Purpose

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for creating immersive, experience‑driven graphic design solutions that bring brands to life in the physical world. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in brand development, marketing communications, and environmental design who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives that engage audiences through spatial storytelling, event branding, signage, and experiential activations. We seek a designer who is both strategic and conceptual, able to think holistically about how design influences perception and interaction across touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead graphic design efforts for automotive & sport brands, creating environmental graphics and visual storytelling for branded spaces such as auto shows, motorsport events, retail environments, live events, and immersive brand activations.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity systems and graphic standards for projects in partnership with strategists, 3D designers, illustrators, and fellow graphic designers to ensure consistency across all physical and experiential touchpoints.
  • Collaborate on consumer‑facing activations from concept through execution, helping shape engaging and memorable brand experiences.
  • Support Creative Directors in managing workflow, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and meet creative objectives.
  • Work closely with Graphic Account Managers to build and maintain project schedules, aligning design milestones with production and installation timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across cross‑functional teams, maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Design visual presentations and pitch decks that clearly communicate creative strategy, design concepts, and execution plans to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Create and maintain graphic layout systems and workbooks that support production, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with the creative brief and effectively communicates the brand’s narrative and experiential goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including 3D, Account, Production, & Events—to develop cohesive branded environments.
  • Provide print‑ready layouts, production files, and specifications for fabrication and environmental execution.

The Person

  • Expertise in translating brand strategy into tangible, real‑world experiences.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles applied to environmental graphics, wayfinding, and experiential marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines—3D, Production, Account, and the Events Team—to ensure cohesive execution.
  • A storyteller at heart, with the ability to distill complex ideas into visually impactful narratives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a creative studio or agency setting, with a focus on experiential, environmental, or brand design.
  • Deep understanding of print production, materials, fabrication techniques, and large‑format graphics for three‑dimensional environments.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a versatile portfolio spanning styles, media, and physical applications.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong grasp of photography, image editing, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Familiarity with automotive brands and their unique design language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and visual—across in‑person, virtual, and remote collaboration formats.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced studio environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in remote and in‑person team settings.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high design standards.
  • Skilled in illustration, composition, typography, and information design.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, color systems, and their application in branding and environmental graphics.
  • Ability to visualize and communicate ideas in both 2D and 3D contexts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Keen eye for typographic layout and spatial design.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Passion for creative exploration, growth, and continuous learning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Miro.
  • General understanding of marketing, business, and customer experience principles.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac‑based environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Xd, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere is appreciated but not required.
