Marketing Specialist – Shopper Marketing

Responsibilities
- Lead in-store marketing initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all retail locations.
- Develop and launch seasonal and promotional campaigns in partnership with design and merchandising teams to drive traffic and sales.
- Coordinate with external vendors for signage production and installation, ensuring high‑quality execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct site surveys and manage graphic installation logistics across store locations.
- Analyze campaign performance using store feedback and sales data to inform and improve future marketing strategies.
- Maintain and optimize project trackers, approval workflows, and asset libraries to support efficient execution and cross‑team collaboration.
- Concept and design creative plans for unique storefronts and in‑store signage opportunities.
- Collaborate with store team members to gather feedback on signage needs and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field; 0–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or project coordination; experience with print or in‑store production is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
Compensation
$55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
