Job Responsibilities
Conversion Optimization, Personalization & UX Research
- Design A/B test variants, including wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, based on business goals and user behavior insights.
- Form hypotheses using analytics and UX research to guide test design and personalization strategies.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and click-tracking platforms to extract behavioral insights and validate design directions.
- Conduct UX research including heuristic evaluations, user interviews, competitor reviews, and usability testing.
- Document and share user insights, research findings, and test learnings with the broader team.
Guest Experience Research & Strategy
- Lead qualitative and quantitative UX research (usability tests, journey mapping, click tracking, heuristic audits).
- Translate findings into actionable design principles and hypotheses for both experimentation and larger redesigns.
Experience-Driven Web Builds
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and engineering teams to define UX/UI vision for custom campaign builds, ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance goals.
- Ensure every build supports clarity, delight, and performance, avoiding unnecessary design bloat.
Motion, Animation & Transition Design
- Propose and direct animations and transitions that enhance experience quality without distracting from usability.
- Work with engineers to implement scroll-based animations for progressive content reveal, page load transitions to reduce perceived wait time, micro-interactions responding to user input (e.g., hover effects) and smooth transitions between sections for spatial continuity.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma or degree in a media-related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating digital design projects (web, CRO, or marketing).
Other Prerequisites
- Familiarity with UX research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to translate user insights and data into clear, testable design ideas and hypotheses.
- Basic proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Fullstory for behavioral insight generation.
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in CRO or experimentation platforms (like Dynamic Yield and Adobe Target).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or ability to communicate effectively with developers on implementation.
- Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
