Project Overview As a Proposal & Marketing Specialist for VGI you will manage proposals, presentations, and marketing pursuits, supporting the Business Development Director and influencing the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute Verite proposal responses from opportunity identification to delivery, including writing, editing, and production.
Manage proposal schedules, develop supporting artifacts such as proposal outline, compliance matrix, and storyboards.
Integrate capture artifacts, customer values, win themes, value propositions, and discriminators into proposals.
Lead all aspects of proposal volume development including Technical, Management, Past Performance, Security, Basis of Estimate, Contracts, Executive Summary, Integrated Master Schedule, and Plans.
Participate in strategy meetings, technical solution sessions, and storyboarding efforts.
