We are not looking for a "brand voice" or a content strategist; we are seeking an elite Content Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing engine. We need a professional who finds deep satisfaction in a flawless publishing calendar, a perfectly formatted email, and a zero-error compliance process.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Engine:
Manage the end-to-end content workflow, from final copy to flawless publishing across our Webflow CMS, email platforms, and social media schedulers.
Command the Calendar:
Maintain and police the master content and internal communications calendars, acting as the single source of truth for all publishing deadlines, team handoffs, and project timelines.
Enforce Brand & Accuracy:
Execute rigorous proofreading and formatting for all short-form copy (email intros, social captions, blog summaries), ensuring 100% accuracy in grammar, branding, and presentation.
Liaise with Compliance:
Serve as the critical bridge between Marketing and Compliance, managing the routing, review, and archiving of all external materials to ensure strict adherence to SEC Marketing Rules.
Build the Library:
Organize and maintain our digital asset management system, ensuring all templates, images, and approved copy are tagged, stored, and easily accessible for the entire firm.
Report on Performance:
Compile and circulate clear, concise engagement summaries and performance data, track key metrics, and maintain hygiene for all UTM links.
Core Qualifications: The Essentials
Experience:
1–3 years in a high-detail coordination or administrative role (e.g., content coordinator, marketing assistant, executive assistant).
Writing Skills:
Exceptional, demonstrable writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an obsessive focus on accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
Operational Mindset:
A proven ability to manage competing deadlines, maintain complex calendars, and follow multi-step processes without error.
Technical Proficiency:
Professional-level mastery of Microsoft Office and experience with at least one email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp).
Team Orientation:
A support-first, ego-free attitude focused on enabling team success, taking pride in execution, timeliness, and follow-through.
Location:
This role is 100% on-site at our Phoenix, AZ 85040 headquarters. This is a non-negotiable requirement for our collaborative, in-office team.
Preferred Qualifications: The Bonus
Familiarity with a website CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress).
Experience with social media scheduling tools.
Exposure to the financial services, RIA, or wealth management industry.
Basic understanding of GA4, UTMs, or light HTML for email formatting.
