Brand Designer – European Union
We are currently looking for a Brand Designer in the European Union. As a Brand Designer, you will craft visually compelling, memorable brand identities that resonate across digital and physical channels. You'll combine creative strategy with hands‑on execution, leading workshops, defining positioning, and translating concepts into engaging visual systems. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative brand experiences, experiment with emerging technologies, and create high‑impact campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement. Accountabilities
Lead the creation and evolution of brand identities, from bold refreshes to complete overhauls or ground‑up designs
Facilitate brand strategy workshops, define positioning, and ensure all creative output aligns with business goals
Translate concepts into interactive prototypes, mockups, websites, and digital‑first campaigns
Apply storytelling principles to craft narratives adapted for various channels, including social media, web, and advertising
Ensure consistency, cohesion, and craft across all brand touchpoints
Test and validate creative choices using A/B testing, user feedback, and pilot campaigns
Experiment with emerging technologies such as AI, AR, and motion design to push creative boundaries
Requirements
Several years of hands‑on design and brand‑building experience in agencies, startups, or freelance environments
Strong portfolio of brand identities, campaigns, and digital‑first design work showcasing conceptual thinking and executional craft
Proven experience in brand strategy processes including positioning, workshops, and frameworks
Familiarity with digital validation methods like A/B testing, user feedback loops, and campaign pilots
Proficiency in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Forward‑looking mindset tracking design trends, culture, and technology shifts
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as:
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
After Effects, Premiere, CapCut
Miro, Notion, Slack, Trello/Jira
Experimentation tools: Google Optimize, Hotjar, Typeform, Looker Studio
Emerging tech: MidJourney, Runway, Spline, ChatGPT
