Position Summary

The Manager, Retail Marketing – WNW will report directly to the Sr. Director, Brand Marketing and lead brand marketing activities across customers and prospects.

The role requires deep knowledge of retailer and e‑commerce channels, digital media, and the ability to manage a marketing team and external partners while collaborating with sales to grow retail presence. The Manager will ensure a consistent brand voice across all touch points, support brand initiatives, and contribute to a high‑growth, dynamic cosmetic company.

Essential Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the growth and development of the brand across all trade channels, measuring success via sales growth, share gain, and distribution expansion.

Develop and implement strategic retail plans to achieve organizational goals for the brand.

Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Brand Marketing to create marketing plans that include sales, margins, product promotions, communications, forecasting, and inventory management.

Manage the marketing team’s strategy for product introductions, promotions, communications, forecasting, and inventory to meet sales and market share targets.

Identify new opportunities for brand growth through retail insights and marketing new products, line extensions, and promotional plans.

Work with customers, sales, and trade marketing to develop account‑level strategic business plans.

Develop and execute new media and digital marketing strategies.

Coordinate online marketing campaigns across social and digital media platforms with agencies and internal teams.

Work cross‑functionally, manage multiple projects, and supervise collaboration between departments to drive positive business growth.

Lead website development and oversee all customer‑facing digital communication channels.

Track growth, maintain analytics reports, and provide up‑to‑date information to upper management.

Drive creative execution to align with strategic objectives and campaign estimates.

Guide creative for visual expression in brochures, internet, and all marketing collateral.

Develop retail campaigns to optimize product flow, price, and promotion by working with trade marketing; analyze categories and competitive landscape to decide specific retailer campaigns to drive sales.

Plan and execute incentives and participate in campaign reviews.

Lead new projects to address new business opportunities (COG savings, global pricing, sales opportunities).

Work closely with Merchandising and Trade Marketing to design planogram assortments to best leverage the brand.

Identify and implement initiatives to accomplish brand goals across all product categories.

Work with Finance to develop and manage brand P&L.

Manage marketing budget.

Demonstrate leadership in engaging and working with internal and external resources.

Manage marketing staff within their category.

Perform other duties as needed and directed by management.
