The Role The Editor / Motion Graphics Designer is a dual-skilled creative specializing in editing, design, and animation. This role collaborates closely with the Senior Producer/Editor and Creative Director to elevate the visual storytelling of every project — from cinematic edits to motion-driven design. Key Responsibilities Edit content with strong storytelling, rhythm, and pacing Design and animate motion graphics, titles, headshots, and transitions Develop style frames and visual treatments supporting creative direction Manage media organization, color correction, sound mix, and finishing Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all projects Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and clients through revisions and feedback Ideal Candidate 2–5 years of experience in editing and motion design (agency, production, or freelance) Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Red Giant, or similar tools a plus Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual design Comfortable balancing creative vision with technical precision Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, or related field preferred Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed To Apply Send resume, cover letter, and demo reel to jobs@4thfloorcreative.com (Applications without demo reels will not be considered.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
