MARKETING AS A DRIVER OF WITHUM’S FUTURE As Withum expands its national presence, we focus on elevating brand awareness, sharpening market differentiation, and increasing understanding of our advisory capabilities while preserving our unique culture.

THE MANDATE OF THE ROLE The Chief Marketing Officer will own the Withum brand externally and internally, transforming marketing into a strategic engine that elevates brand awareness, deepens client relationships, and attracts new business.

REPORTING STRUCTURE + LOCATION The Chief Marketing Officer reports to the Chief Growth Officer and can work from any of Withum’s 27 U.S. offices.

Digital Marketing (Social, Website)

Technology & Tools

PR/Communications

Sales Enablement / Proposal Team

YEAR ONE DELIVERABLES

Elevate and differentiate the Withum brand nationally through a unified strategy and launch campaign.

Design and activate a modern MarTech stack that drives intelligence and performance.

Position marketing as a strategic growth engine by forging stronger partnerships and establishing clear KPIs.

Create a firm‑wide annual Go‑to‑Market plan and communications calendar.

Ignite creativity and new ways of working, fostering innovation and experimentation in digital storytelling.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

A strategic B2B marketing leader with pattern recognition and a blend of strategic clarity, creative acumen, and data‑driven discipline.

Fluent in both brand and demand marketing, with 18+ years of experience spanning brand building and demand generation.

A builder of modern marketing functions, having led or transformed teams of 25+ professionals.

A creative thinker and change catalyst with an AI‑forward mindset, embracing experimentation and digital storytelling.

A “We, Not Me” leader who elevates others, fosters trust, and builds inclusive, high‑performance cultures.

COMPENSATION The compensation for this position will be between $175,000 and $375,000, plus a competitive benefits package and bonus program. Final offer amounts are based on role, location, and individual qualifications.
