About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This position blends customer service support with digital marketing execution, helping strengthen engagement with both our franchisees and potential franchisees.
You’ll collaborate closely with the internal marketing team, franchise owners, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives. While your daily focus will be on franchisee support, you’ll also gain exposure to other areas of digital marketing—including paid advertising, SEO, and analytics—offering opportunities to grow your skillset over time.

What You’ll Do Customer Service & Support
Assist with vendor platforms such as Birdeye, CallRail, and Yext, including integrations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Manage and resolve Google Business Profile (GBP) suspension tickets and process new Yext web page requests
Conduct regular Yext suggestion checks and monitor franchisee profiles for accuracy
Help onboard, transfer, or terminate franchise locations
Join franchisee calls to address digital marketing questions and provide guidance
Support onboarding training sessions for new franchisees virtually and in-person at HQ and Convention
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and monitoring across social media platforms
Provide franchise owners with relevant content templates and campaign support for local markets
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and share regular reports
Research social media trends and recommend new content ideas
Analytics & Reporting
Assist with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and troubleshooting
Generate and distribute reports on campaign performance
Conduct basic digital audits for franchise locations
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps
Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure for search engine visibility
Support technical SEO initiatives such as site speed optimization, schema markup, and crawlability
Paid Media Support
Assist with campaign setup and monitoring across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Help develop case studies and reports to showcase marketing success stories

Location Requirement:

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Design capability using InDesign or similar programs
Customer service experience in a professional setting
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools
Experience with GA4, GTM, Yext, or CallRail
Basic understanding of SEO, paid media platforms, or analytics
