Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Director to join its team. The purpose of this position is to “create smiles in the eyes of the people we serve” by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes & Services' (PHS) mission and operating philosophies.

This is a full-time position based in and supporting our Milwaukee communities.

Reporting Structure The Regional Sales and Marketing Director reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The Regional Sales and Marketing Director works collaboratively with PHS Management staff, Site Leaders, and functional directors of assigned areas of accountability.

Responsibilities The Regional Sales and Marketing Director represents Presbyterian Homes & Services and its operating entities to the community at large in relation to the sales and marketing goals of the organization. This position is responsible for influencing, monitoring and coaching various sales and marketing team members throughout PHS continuums and divisions to meet organizational and missional standards.

Some specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to :

Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the senior living industry and the products and services offered within the senior living and skilled nursing facilities represented.

Monitor move-in and admission goals each month identify gaps; provide praise and / or coaching as needed.

Completing site visits with regional team, or independently to coach and support sales staff in accordance to site visit SOW.

Leading teams in the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing plans ensure plans are implemented and updated at least monthly

Monitoring CRM usage and ensure leads are effectively managed; review sites occupancy weekly to ensure accuracy in CRM.

Ensuring that inquiry calls are quickly and effectively handled (hospitals, families, potential residents, , and that meaningful tours are provided (and deposits collected within senior living communities) Responsible for ensuring relation-based selling tech is being utilized.

Maintaining on-going knowledge of current market and competitors including rates and special services.

Facilitating lead development calls or visits monthly review all open leads and discuss barriers and opportunities.

Ensuring compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents rights; follow & communicate company policies and procedures.

Monitor occupancy trends and conversion ratios.

Assisting facility teams in the development and implementation of special events and presentations targeted at community education, establishing and maintaining status for the facility as the expert in your regions / divisions value streams.

Responsible for assuring that collateral (pricing and information) is accurate and meeting company standards.

Assist the VP, Sales and Marketing and Site Leadership in providing sales leadership to the facility and community teams and assist in establishing daily expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, preferred

5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales or related field.

Experience in senior housing, service or health care related environment preferred.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.

Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the general public.

Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other common computer programs. Must be experienced in lead management software use and lead management analysis.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be a team player, willing to take directions and accept responsibility for meeting specified objectives.

Must understand the principles of marketing and sales.

Able to work full-time, with periodic weekend hours

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
