Social Media Marketing Specialist (Age 18-25)
Electro is a functional chewing gum designed for athletes packed with electrolytes to fuel performance, focus, and recovery. We’ve grown to 900+ college athlete ambassadors, 28 NFL players, 20 NBA players, and completely sold out in our first two pre‑order campaigns. We are looking for someone to help build out a new social media account representing our brand as one of the fastest growing CPG companies in the world. This job will act as a perfect case study for working with athletes, major brand partnerships, and rapid social media growth.
Content Creation
Design engaging graphics, videos, and highlight reels tailored for athletes and the sports community.
Develop a consistent visual identity for the account that reflects Electro’s bold, performance‑driven voice.
Brainstorm and execute trending content ideas to maximize reach and engagement.
Reach out to athletes, secure collaborations, and onboard them to feature in the account’s content.
Showcase athlete stories, repost UGC (user‑generated content), and spotlight partnerships.
Build relationships that make the page a go‑to platform for athletes.
Track account analytics and adjust posting strategies to maximize engagement and follower growth.
Experiment with creative ways to turn the account into a hub for athlete‑driven conversations.
Qualifications
Strong design and editing skills.
Passion for sports culture, NIL, and athlete branding.
Ability to pitch and onboard athletes to collaborate with the account.
Familiarity with Instagram growth strategies (reels, trending audios, hashtags, collabs).
Self‑driven, creative, and able to manage a steady posting pipeline.
