About the Role The Associate Producer plays a central role in keeping o5 group’s in‑house photo studio running efficiently across multiple brands, timelines, and sets. This position supports the Senior Producer through all stages of photo production — including scheduling, pre‑production setup, live shoot support, and post‑production coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent shoots in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

How You’ll Contribute

Manage pre‑production and on‑set stages, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and retailer specifications.

Schedule on‑model, flat, hollow, and lifestyle shoots across multiple studio sets and locations.

Maintain the photo studio master calendar; update and communicate daily to key stakeholders.

Coordinate daily studio operations using studio management systems for sample tracking, crew scheduling, and production status.

Support daily sample intake, organization, and handoff processes.

Prepare shot lists, look guides, reference decks, and wardrobe breakdowns for each shoot.

Track and prep samples for each shoot day, confirming brand and retailer styling requirements.

Maintain organization of studio prop racks, shoe closet, and lifestyle props.

Coordinate model casting and freelance crew onboarding.

Monitor shoot‑day progress via live studio link and flag blockers or delays.

Escalate production roadblocks early and troubleshoot with internal teams.

Track shot list completion and sample status throughout each production day.

Collaborate with project managers and the Senior Producer to meet tight retail deadlines.

Partner with Post‑Production on delivery tracking and QA.

Attend and contribute to daily production and weekly cross‑functional meetings.

Maintain internal documentation including meeting recaps, trackers, checklists, call sheets, and approvals.

Support the upkeep and cleanliness of the photo studio to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Assist in uploading, tagging, and organizing final imagery in the DAM system (Canto).

What You Bring to the Team

2–4 years of experience in photo shoot production, preferably in an in‑house apparel studio environment.

Proven experience coordinating multiple shoots per week across high‑SKU brands or retailers.

Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with complex timelines.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a high attention to detail.

Collaborative and calm under pressure with strong communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and project management platforms such as Wrike.

Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems; Capture One familiarity a plus.
