Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will help tell the UC Blue Ash College story with content development for social media, web and other digital or print platforms. This includes compelling photos, video and written content. They will support marketing for the college and assist with campaigns and strategies that promote awareness of our overall services, as well as specific academic programs. The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the UC Blue Ash College Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications and will work closely with other team members within the department, college, and university. This is a full-time staff position (100% FTE). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. This position is eligible for up to two remote working days per week. Residence must be within the Cincinnati Tri-State area (OH/IN/KY).
Essential Functions
Create content for social media, web and other digital or print platforms. This includes compelling photo/video and written content that aligns with brand, University, and department guidelines and messaging.
Video production/editing and photography skills required.
Capture important moments from signature college events through high-quality photo and video coverage.
Pursue leads, conduct interviews, and perform research to write articles and feature stories for digital content.
Manage weekly e-newsletter during the academic year.
Assist with other storytelling and communications projects.
Monitor audience engagement and analytics.
Assist with college events.
Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or another relevant field.
Or four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Ability to work effectively with visual content
Ability to work well in a team environment and across departments

Experience in higher education and working with students and faculty members
