The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College is one of the largest regional colleges in Ohio. Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will help tell the UC Blue Ash College story through content development for social media, web, and other digital or print platforms. Responsibilities include creating compelling photos, videos, and written content, supporting marketing campaigns, and promoting awareness of our services and specific academic programs.
The Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications and works closely with team members across the department, college, and university. This is a full‑time, 100% FTE position. Remote work is possible up to two days per week, subject to university policy, with residence within the Cincinnati Tri‑State area (OH/IN/KY).
Essential Functions
Create content for social media, web, and other digital or print platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
Produce and edit video and photography as required.
Capture high‑quality photo and video coverage of signature college events.
Conduct research, interviews, and write articles and feature stories for digital content.
Manage the weekly e‑newsletter during the academic year.
Assist with storytelling and communications projects.
Monitor audience engagement and analytics.
Support college events as needed.
Perform related duties based on departmental needs.
Required Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Or four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training in lieu of a degree.
Additional Qualifications Considered
Excellent video production and photography skills.
Experience capturing event photography.
Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with visual content.
Strong teamwork and cross‑department collaboration.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in higher education with students and faculty.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Office environment; no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
