Marketing Events Coordinator Bath Concepts Independent Dealers, a leading brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, seeks an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to manage shows and events and lead our team of Brand Ambassadors.

Job Description

Research and find events and shows within the assigned territory

Negotiate contracts with event vendors

Book an annual calendar of events and shows

Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators

Schedule demonstrators to work at events

Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down

Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events and shows

Collect contest entries

Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for free in‑home consultations

Measure and report results

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Positive, outgoing personality

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to coach, train, and motivate others

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Must be available to work weekends.
