About the Role TerraSlate is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead, oversee, and coordinate all marketing functions through vendor partnerships, driving profitable revenue growth. You will create scalable systems and dashboards that keep our marketing performance transparent and accountable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where structure, creativity, and data meet to drive results. This role oversees marketing budgets and holds performance accountability for all external marketing vendors and paid channels, with the authority to recommend and implement reallocations based on performance data.
