Role Mission Statement The Senior Marketing Manager at Clove & Twine will build and run a marketing engine that fuels pipeline growth, deepens engagement, and strengthens retention across every stage of the customer journey. We’re looking for a strategic and experienced marketer who can connect creative vision with measurable outcomes. You will architect campaigns, interpret results with precision, and refine strategies to drive sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with the Director of Creative & Marketing and collaborate across departments to lead marketing strategy, paid media, email campaigns, CRM automation, content deployment, and funnel development. You’ll own the systems and campaigns that attract, convert, and nurture leads, ensuring our brand, storytelling, touchpoints, and data all work in sync to drive growth. This is a full-stack role for an experienced marketing lead who loves both the art and science of marketing. You’ll move between strategy and execution daily; launching campaigns, testing funnels, and tightening performance across channels. Core Responsibilities Develop and lead a holistic marketing strategy that drives measurable pipeline growth and aligns with company goals and brand positioning Plan, build, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, paid, social, and content channels to generate and nurture demand Design and manage full-funnel lifecycle programs that convert leads to opportunities through data-driven segmentation and automation Identify and test scalable growth opportunities across AEO, paid, and partnership channels, leveraging AI-driven insights to move faster, refine targeting, and build a measurable competitive edge through precise attribution. Ensure every campaign maintains brand integrity in voice, tone, and visual execution while advancing performance and scalability Performance & Growth Marketing Lead strategy and execution oversight for paid media across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms—collaborating with agency partners to shape campaigns, evaluate performance, and deploy new strategies that drive qualified traffic and pipeline growth Build, refine, and automate HubSpot workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle programs that scale efficiently and convert predictably Partner with Sales to define ICPs and personas, aligning targeting, messaging, and campaign sequencing for maximum conversion efficiency across ABM and outbound efforts Leverage AI-powered tools to continuously improve segmentation, audience targeting, and creative testing, turning data into smarter decisions and faster iteration Proven experience in growth strategy and performance execution that drives the pipeline Performance Analytics & Optimization Own multi-channel marketing analytics with a focus on ROI, CAC, client retention, conversion efficiency, and full-funnel attribution that connects marketing activity to revenue outcomes Build and maintain live dashboards that surface actionable insights for leadership and sales Develop and enforce UTM and tracking frameworks that ensure attribution accuracy across all paid, email, and organic campaigns Leverage AI and automation to identify trends, optimize targeting, and forecast performance with greater speed and precision Design and execute A/B tests, audience segmentation models, and campaign experiments that turn insights into repeatable growth Partner with leadership on forecasting, budget allocation, and quarterly strategy reviews to ensure marketing performance aligns with business objectives Content, Email & Social Deploy, scale, and optimize content across email, social, and web to drive engagement, conversion, and measurable growth across the full funnel Manage segmented email programs like nurture, drip, and lifecycle campaigns to increase engagement and accelerate lead progression Execute and continuously improve our social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and X, ensuring content supports active campaigns and aligns with brand positioning Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate core content and campaigns into channel-specific executions, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution across channels with precision, clarity, and accountability Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaign strategy, optimize lead follow-up, and deliver sales enablement tools such as one-pagers, case studies, and client-facing materials Partner with Design and Creative to continuously improve website content, SEO/AEO performance, and landing page experiences Support in executing cross-functional initiatives, including events, photoshoots, and field marketing, while ensuring operational excellence and post-campaign reporting Maintain visibility and alignment across teams using tools like Asana, Slack, Notion, and Monday to keep communication clear and pipelines on track Marketing Ops & Budget Manage campaign calendars, internal marketing templates, and brand collateral Maintain and update internal marketing templates, toolkits, and brand collateral for cross-team use and scalability Partner with the Creative Director on budget tracking, vendor coordination, and freelance support, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deliverables stay on schedule Support operational optimization by monitoring campaign processes, identifying bottlenecks, and improving workflows to enhance marketing velocity and data accuracy What We’re Looking For 5–8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years owning integrated campaigns—ideally in a B2B or brand-forward environment Experience managing paid campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.) and collaborating with performance agencies or partners Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, lifecycle automation, conversion optimization, and performance reporting Skilled in CRM management, campaign automation, and building scalable nurture systems that drive measurable demand Hands-on experience with HubSpot for workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting Proficient with Google tools, including Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, and Workspace for tracking, reporting, and campaign coordination Ability to manage multiple projects independently, balancing speed, quality, and precision in a fast-moving environment Strong systems mindset with the ability to streamline processes, automate recurring tasks, and maintain clean data architecture Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to accelerate campaign testing, reporting, and audience insights Passion for premium brands, sustainability, and marketing that blends creativity with tangible impact Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and visual asset tools Bonus Points Experience in gifting, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries Familiarity with corporate gifting trends, sustainability storytelling, or B2B sales cycles Technical fluency across basic HTML/CSS Comfort developing visual and written assets that align with brand voice and campaign objectives when supporting or scaling creative output Experience in developing and deploying loyalty programs Strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to
