Overview The Learning Designer - Field Learning is responsible for creating the comprehensive learning design in support of our Field Learning audience teams. They combine a solid understanding of adult learning principles and training dynamics to curate and develop contextualized content to design effective and business-aligned learning experiences. Learning Designers work with a wide range of stakeholders including SMEs, the audience team, and the Content Design & Production team to create and maintain audience learning experience(s) based on learning/performance objectives set by the Audience Team.

Learning Designers apply tested adult learning theories and translate audience learning objectives to refine, curate, create and/or develop learning assets. They proactively stay current with learning trends and share resources and learning with others on the team. Learning Designers align with Chick-fil-A’s learning and content strategy to shop for or create content, to ensure experiences are developed efficiently and effectively within the broader context of the business strategy and audience learning needs.
