The Vice President of Marketing leads the implementation and execution of integrated marketing strategies for the three Caesars Entertainment properties, Harrah’s, Caesars, and Tropicana, located in Atlantic City, driving revenue growth across gaming, hotel, and non-gaming segments. Responsibilities include collaborating with Shared Services and property leadership teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, managing annual plans and budgets, ensuring flawless execution of promotions, events, and property marketing calendars, and partnering closely with centralized teams to deliver consistent brand messaging across all channels.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned casino properties in collaboration with property leadership and Shared Services teams.
Assist in the creation of annual marketing plans and budgets and reconciliation of those budgets on monthly basis.
Guide the implementation and execution of property marketing calendars, promotions, and events to drive visitation and profitability.
Collaborate with centralized teams (brand, media, PR, digital, analytics) to ensure consistent messaging and brand integration across all channels.
Support entertainment, F&B, and retail marketing initiatives, including promotional planning and strategic partnerships.
Ensure clear communication of marketing initiatives, updates, and corporate directives across all properties.
Mentor and develop on-site marketing leaders, supporting career growth and talent retention.
Represent marketing at key property events and engage with high‑value guests as needed.
Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
3+ years of senior level marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, operations management, finance, or related field preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to drive marketing strategies across multiple locations
Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and prioritize activities
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
WORK ENVIRONMENT Full‑time in office located in Atlantic City
