Base Pay Range
$65.00/hr - $68.97/hr
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate local and family foundation funding opportunities
- Develop compelling proposals that advance community‑focused research
- Coordinate proposal timelines and ensure high‑quality submissions
- Support faculty and research teams with grant strategy and preparation
- Participate with principal investigator in the preparation of the administrative components of proposals within parameters of sponsored and nonsponsored research guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IRB processes and grant writing at Stanford is highly desirable
- Master’s degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in higher education or research environments
- Experience writing and preparing grant proposals for federal, state, or foundation funding
- Familiarity with Stanford research administration systems and offices, including RMG, OSR, SeRA, Cayuse Proposals, FFIT/My Projects, eCertification, OPACS, and Authority Manager
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate research concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with faculty and research teams
- Ability to report progress and priorities to executive leadership

- Strong knowledge of research compliance, including IRB, NIH
