Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for an Audio Visual (AV) Technician. The position is based in Cleveland, OH, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The AV Technician will handle the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio‑visual systems, manage video‑conferencing and lighting equipment, and ensure projector systems run efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, supporting event production needs, and providing expertise for optimizing the use of AV technology.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with Audio Visual (AV) Systems
• Skilled in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience with Video Conferencing systems
• Knowledge of Lighting and Projector equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a hybrid environment
• Experience with event setup is a plus
• Relevant certifications in AV technology or a related field are advantageous
