Knife Drop Studios, the production company behind chef and social media star Nick DiGiovanni, is seeking a full-time Associate Producer to assist with the production and management of content for Nick DiGiovanni's social media channels.

This position is based in Boston.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented Associate Producer to support the production and execution of social media content for Nick DiGiovanni's brand across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Your role will be essential in assisting with content creation and managing the logistics behind-the-scenes to keep the content pipeline running smoothly.

You have a background in culinary video production and digital media, are highly organized, and have an eye for what makes content pop. Bonus: you’re passionate about food and working in the creator space!

Who You’ll Work With

As an Associate Producer, you’ll collaborate closely with Nick DiGiovanni, his videographers, editors, producers, and the broader digital team. You’ll be at the center of the content creation process, assisting in bringing ideas to life and ensuring everything runs efficiently.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• 2+ years of experience in social media or content production, ideally working with creators or high-profile talent.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to assist with coordinating props, contractors, paperwork, and other production logistics.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to support production logistics and find effective solutions to any problem.
• An understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Experience using cameras, lighting gear and audio equipment as needed to make videos.
• Ability to communicate effectively, confidently and collaboratively with others.
• Passion for top quality content and willingness to always go the extra mile to “get the shot.”
• Experience working with thumbnails, captions, dubbed audio tracks, and content publishing.
• Bonus: Experience leading a team of people, ideally in the production space.
