In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the global promotions and gifting business, driving strategy from inception to execution. You will play a key role in shaping our promotional and gifting roadmap, focusing on enhancing consumer acquisition, loyalty, and business growth. Your leadership will inspire your team to develop and implement innovative programs that redefine engagement in the prestige beauty category. We are looking for a visionary leader to ensure our gifting strategy is not only competitive but sets the benchmark for the industry. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll be accountable for bringing imaginative and commercially impactful promotional and gifting concepts to reality, including holiday programs, exclusive limited-edition sets, sampling initiatives, and gift-with-purchase offers. To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 12-15 years of relevant experience in promotions, merchandise planning, or similar roles within the beauty or consumer goods sectors A passion for the beauty industry, with a background in fashion as a bonus A proven track record in designing and executing strategic promotional, gifting, and merchandise initiatives Strong analytical capabilities alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills A results-driven attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep appreciation for our company culture Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to driving sales and profitability Hiring Manager Title SVP, Global Product Marketing Travel Percent Less than 10% Functions Marketing Product Marketing We look forward to your application and the possibility of you joining our growing company!
