The Senior Product Designer
at AXS will be part of a fun, dynamic and creative team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our enterprise platform, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for both customers and clients. You will lead and produce these solutions by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions. What Will You Do?
Lead in the discovery, design, and build of products already in the design phase or from scratch Design interfaces that are simple, functional, and elegant for complex systems Act as a steward for our design system Lead, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions Influence future vision and strategic decisions with your product and executive team Provide direct and impactful feedback to other designers on the team Ensure the product meets criteria for efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfaction according to usability standards Champion user-centric designs by understanding user motivations and pain points Research and understand industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design processes Ensure UI designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards Gather peer and stakeholder feedback and make iterative improvements What Will You Bring?
4-6 years relevant product design experience (experience within a ticketing company preferred) A portfolio demonstrating information hierarchy, business objectives, usability practices, and aesthetics Experience participating and providing feedback in internal design reviews Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to justify design decisions Advanced understanding of user experience principles Advanced knowledge of Figma and other industry-standard design tools Strong understanding of design and product development processes Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of web site structure and functionality; understanding of HTML, CSS, and AJAX Pay Scale:
$108,405 - $155,000 Bonus:
This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan. Benefits:
