Senior Product Designer

team. Design at Remote is a 40+ person multi-disciplinary team of designers and creatives passionate about crafting experiences that help Remote scale and help customers find, hire, manage and pay anyone, anywhere.
At Remote, we look for
Senior Product Designers
who are well-experienced, mature across the end-to-end design process, can autonomously lead design within a product team, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. You will collaborate with Designers, Engineers and Product Managers worldwide to deliver remarkable user experiences.
What you bring
An individual contributor with an impressive portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process, delivering delightful, well-crafted user interfaces that have tangible impact.
Persuasive communication skills with fluent written and spoken English to build narratives, provide direction, and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
A systems thinker who thrives in a high-growth environment and can autonomously own design for complex domains and multiple projects.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering to build consensus and drive impactful outcomes.
An engaged member of the design organization who helps shape design culture and ways of working.
Preference for candidates with experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions in HRTech, FinTech, etc.
Candidates who embody the Remote values.

Key Responsibilities
Influence strategy for your product team in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
Apply appropriate research methodologies to empathise with customer challenges and develop knowledge of the problem.
Leverage AI prototyping to explore concepts and iterate with cross-functional peers.
Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with speed and maintain a high bar for quality.
Lead vision initiatives for your team and domain, visualising opportunities for innovation.
Solve problems holistically with systems thinking and ensure scalability of information architecture and experiences.
Communicate persuasively, incorporate feedback, and bring peers along the journey.
Collaborate transparently with the wider organisation to solicit feedback and enable cross-domain collaboration.
Advocate the use of our design system Norma, while knowing when to follow, deviate, or contribute back.
Champion experience principles: simplicity, usability, scalability and accessibility.
Be an active member of our cross-functional culture, supporting peers and shaping ways of working.
