Senior Product Designer - Pay Ecosystem . Senior Designers at Remote are highly experienced and are masters of their end-to-end design craft. They autonomously own design for a dev team or feature area while supported by their larger team. The payroll team helps build experiences that empower our customers to pay anyone, anywhere safely and compliantly. This is one of our most strategically important and high profile teams at Remote. Here you will be challenged as a designer in the best way - this role is filled with fascinating, complex and meaty challenges that require primary research, robust strategy, innovative concepts and simple but brilliant execution. You'll be working with a thriving cross-discipline team of designers, developers, and PMs, and with a talented, close-knit team of product designers who will inspire you and support your growth. The design team is a thriving and growing community of designers who are maturing Remote’s end-to-end design practice. What you bring

An individual contributor with an impressive portfolio of product design work demonstrating your maturity across the end-to-end design process, delivering delightful, well-crafted user interfaces that have tangible impact on users. Persuasive communication skills that help you build strong narratives around your design work, provide direction and guidance to others, and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders — with fluent written and spoken English. A systems thinker who champions holistic thinking, comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with a track record of autonomously taking ownership of design for complex domains and/or multiple projects. Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts, able to build consensus, resolve debates, and drive outcomes. Active member of the design organization, focusing on delivering quality user experiences and helping shape design culture and ways of working. Preference given to candidates with experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech, FinTech, etc. Candidates that embody and demonstrate Remote's core values. Experience with remote collaboration is a plus. Key responsibilities

Influence strategy for your product team, identifying opportunities for impact with stakeholders and cross-functional peers. Apply the right research methodology at the right time to empathise with customer challenges and develop deep knowledge of the problem. Leverage AI prototyping to explore ideas, iterate with cross-functional peers, and bring ideas to life with functional flows. Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with quality and speed, maintaining a high bar for interaction design. Lead compelling vision initiatives for your team and domain, visualising direction and opportunities for innovation. Solve problems holistically with systems-thinking, ensuring scalability and minimizing unnecessary variation in information architecture and experiences. Communicate persuasively, weaving storytelling around your work while triaging critique and feedback efficiently. Collaborate transparently in the open, sharing work with the wider organisation to solicit feedback and identify cross-domain opportunities. Advocate usage of our design system Norma and contribute to its improvement where needed. Champion experience principles by ensuring simplicity, usability, scalability and accessibility in all user experiences. At a glance, our salary bands are broad. The base salary range for this full-time position is USD 57,350 to USD 129,050. Our ranges are determined by role, level and location, and titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate depends on location, transferable or job-related skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change. At Remote, internal mobility is a key element of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity.
