What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Translate marketing hypotheses and business objectives into clear data initiatives and measurement plans

Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to support marketing strategies

Build and maintain dashboards to track performance marketing metrics and customer journeys

Design and execute experiments, such as A/B tests, to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Present findings and insights to marketers and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

7+ years of experience supporting marketing decision‑making with reporting and analysis

Proficiency in SQL and strong hands‑on experience with data warehouses

Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; experience with Python/R is a plus

Strong knowledge of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, including ROI measurement and attribution

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience leading a marketing function directly

Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and other experimental frameworks

Ability to aggregate, standardize, interpret, and model large, complex datasets

Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights for non‑technical audiences
