What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with Digital Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, and Product teams to translate customer health and engagement questions into analytical requirements
Design and build dashboards and reports that provide insights on case management, digital engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics
Analyze data from various sources to uncover trends and opportunities for improving customer outcomes
Develop maintainable visualizations in business intelligence tools for customer‑facing teams to monitor performance
Advocate for data quality and consistency while shaping how customer success data is collected and analyzed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in analytics roles focused on customer success and SaaS, including analyzing customer engagement and adoption
Background in integrating data from multiple customer and go‑to‑market systems
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to support reporting and analysis
Skill in designing business intelligence dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a remote environment
Attention to detail regarding data quality and performance
Openness to experimenting with new analytics tools and techniques
Familiarity with customer success platforms and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of A/B testing and segmentation techniques
