As Product Marketing Manager, your goal is to enhance IBA’s market positioning, develop our thought leadership, and provide impactful tools that empower our commercial teams to succeed. You’ll be a key player in shaping and executing the global marketing strategy for both Proton Therapy Awareness and IBA’s Proteus product line—in close collaboration with experts in marketing, sales, product management, and clinical solutions.

Challenges we trust you with Strategic Marketing & Messaging

Define and promote IBA’s Unique Value Proposition and differentiators within a competitive landscape

Adapt messaging for diverse audiences (clinical, technical, and economic stakeholders)

Support new product features and contribute commercial insights to the product roadmap

Content & Sales Enablement

Create evidence-based marketing materials supported by clinical data and customer outcomes

Develop impactful sales tools and visuals that reinforce our claims and drive commercial success

Align the global commercial team on product positioning through training and consistent communication

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy

Contribute to global marketing initiatives: digital campaigns, events, trade shows, and content marketing

Brand Consistency & Collaboration

Ensure all marketing deliverables align with corporate branding and communication guidelines

Build strong relationships with external suppliers and industry stakeholders

Report on activities and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

What we value You have:

Master's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent through experience

5–10 years’ experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related industry

Proven success in product marketing and/or product management in an international B2B context

Proficient in digital tools such as Office and Adobe

Comfortable working in an international environment with up to 20% travel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
