Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases, or statistical analysis. Experience with panel measurement and survey design. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in the social sciences (e.g., Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Communication), or in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Informatics, Econometrics). 9 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases, or statistical analysis. Responsibilities

Define and own the strategic roadmap for all brand and behavioral measurement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals. Act as the primary technical leader and thought partner for marketing leadership on these topics. Lead the development and implementation of advanced panel and survey-based measurement methodologies to assess brand health, consumer sentiment, and marketing effectiveness. Design and execute robust causal inference studies using observational methods (e.g., quasi-experimental designs, synthetic control) when traditional experiments are not feasible, to understand the impact of brand marketing activities. Provide technical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to other data scientists and business analysts working on brand and behavioral measurement projects, ensuring methodological and high-quality deliverables. Drive analytical efforts to establish and quantify the connection between brand perception/metrics and measurable behavioral outcomes (e.g., engagement, conversion, etc.).
