Product Marketing Manager – Hospitality Location: Arlington, Virginia

Overview We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager – Hospitality to accelerate Matterport’s growth in North America. Based in Arlington, VA, this role will be on‑site five days per week and report to the Vice President of Marketing. The successful candidate will drive marketing strategies that highlight Matterport’s innovation in digital twins, spatial intelligence, and AI‑powered property insights – positioning the brand as the essential technology partner for brokers, owners, developers, investors, and tenants.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Positioning

Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that highlight Matterport’s leadership in digital twins, AI, and immersive 3D visualization for the hospitality sector.

Craft compelling B2B messaging that speaks to hotel owners, operators, and developers, emphasizing the value of digital twins for property marketing, asset management, and design planning.

Position Matterport as a category leader and trusted technology partner in the global hospitality ecosystem.

Campaign Development & Demand Generation

Design and implement multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships) that drive awareness and qualified leads within the hospitality market.

Produce case studies, webinars, and thought leadership content that demonstrate measurable ROI and showcase success stories across hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands.

Collaborate with industry associations, media partners, and event organizers to expand Matterport’s visibility in the hospitality and travel technology space.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with hospitality market trends and client needs.

Develop sales enablement materials that empower teams to communicate Matterport’s value proposition to hospitality decision‑makers.

Analytics & Optimization

Measure and report on campaign performance using data‑driven insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.

Identify key opportunities for growth within the hospitality vertical and recommend optimizations based on performance trends.

Industry Engagement

Represent Matterport at hospitality industry events, trade shows, and conferences, serving as a brand ambassador and thought leader.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitality partners, technology vendors, and trade associations to reinforce Matterport’s position as a leader in spatial technology.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit college or university; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience within or directly serving the hospitality industry – required.

Proven success developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns targeting hospitality professionals, such as hotel brands, management companies, and developers.

Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics, buyer journeys, and digital transformation trends.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills; able to engage both technical and executive audiences.

Analytical and data‑driven, with a track record of translating performance metrics into actionable insights.

Highly collaborative, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
